Am I Slow?

Posted by candymok on 14th November 2005

I have a hard time following the Aerobic Instructor in the Basic Class. The music is fast and my body could not keep up with the pace. What should I do? I don’t want to quit, but I hate to look stupid or something.

By the way, the hot personal trainer said "Hi!" to me and asked me why I was not in the gym lately. I just told him that “I was busy on shopping." and walked away.
